layerX Announces Integrated Monitoring, Resiliency, and Security Solution for Nortel CCS Environments

New solution provides real-time performance and availability monitoring for critical Nortel Contact Center environments, and automates recovery of failed contact center applications
 

TAMPA, Nortel Worldwide User Conference, Booth #411 June 11, 2007 — layerX Technologies, a pioneer in delivering real-time threat management and security policy enforcement solutions for enterprise clients, today announced CARE, the industry’s first real-time application monitoring and resiliency solution for Nortel Contact Center environments. The CARE solution, a joint collaboration between layerX and Shared Technologies, provides customers real-time visibility to the performance, utilization, and availability of their Nortel Contact Center Suite, and allows them to enable automated procedures that can detect and recover a single failed CCS service or an entire set of failed CCS services including other dependent services.
